מערכת החינוך מופעלת במתכונת רב גילאית. במסגרת התפקיד נדרש בניית והעברת מערכי פעילויות חינוכיות חברתיות קהילתיות לילדים בקיבוץ תוך הבטחת סביבה בטוחה, מוגנת ומעשירה לילדים. ימי הפעילות הינם קבועים במהלך השנה, ומתרחבים בחופשות משרד החינוך.

שיפור תהליכים ורתימת העובדים והמנהלים לייצור מצוין של המוצרים.

להוביל את המכירות של החברה תוך התאמת המוצר ללקוחות. המכירות מתבצעות בכל הארץ מול מפעלי תעשייה.

בקרה תמחירית ודוחות, רכש תמחירי, הוצאת נתונים וניתוחם, הכנת דוחות ועוד

תשלום שכר לאורך השנה גם בחופשות הלימודים. שש וחצי שעות עבודה בימים א'-ד'. בחמישי כשלוש וחצי שעות. כ120 שעות בחודש מלא.

בגבעת אבני היישוב הגדול ביותר בגליל התחתון, יש כ-400 נערים ונערות בשכבות ד-יב והם רוצים דמות חינוכית, ערכית, תואמת את רוח היישוב הייחודי שלנו.
שיידע לאגד בין סוגי בני הנוער על כל גווניו, שיח בגובה העיניים והשראה לנוער.

התפקיד כולל:
תכלול וניהול תחום הנוער ביישוב, לרבות הובלת 2 תנועות הנוער ביישוב.
אחריות והוצאה לפועל של אירועי נוער קהילתיים.
קשר ועשייה עם הקהילה.
עבודה משותפת עם ועדת החינוך היישובית.
בניית תכנית עבודה שנתית והוצאתה לפועל.

ניהול המבנה על כל מערכותיו והשותפים בו.
אחריות וניהול תפעולו השוטף של המבנה ואחזקתו זאת תוך שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם השותפים למבנה.
רשימה מטלות חלקית: קשר עם ספקים, קשר עם גורמים הקשורים למבנה וסביבתו.
אחריות בתחומי: הביטחון, מערכות התקשורת, מערכות החשמל, מערכות התקשוב ומערכות המחשוב, מערכות המיזוג, התברואה, הניקיון
אחריות לאישורים שנתיים הקשורים לתפעולו של המבנה ועוד.

·         Characterization of product requirements, and measurement methods.

Essential duties and responsibilities

·         Planning and follow-up after the planning and production of measuring and positioning facilities.

·         Characterization and writing of measurement plans.

·         Analysis of benchmark reports, understanding of product behavior and recommendations for improvement.

·         Operation of CMM and 3D scanner.

·         Support for suppliers and production sites.

·         Preparation and presentation of technical presentations.

Leading global industrial company is hiring an assistant global controller which will operate subject to global controller.

The position includes assistance in managing the accounting of subsidiaries, preparing consolidated financial statements and tax reports, involvement in organizational accounting procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities

·         Preparing consolidation financial statements and accompanied calculations.

·         Analytic analysis of actual vs budget.

·         Auditor's contact person including preparing all supporting data for the annual audits and the quarterly reviews.

·         Assistance in managing and implementation of ISOX procedures in the subsidiaries.

·         Assistance and supporting other departments on finance level.

·         Assistance in accounting.

·         Preparing periodic reports to the Israel Innovation Authority.

·         Availability for traveling abroad.

The Molds & Tooling Team Leader is a major position in Arkal and it's involved in all of the key processes of the company's business. Therefore, the Molds & Tooling Team Leader is required to set the technical ground for the success of the projects at the following stages:

• RFQ's- mold price, feasibility etc.

• Nomination to full dim OK.

• Successful launch at the production site, achieving R@R goals & handshake procedure.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Full responsibility over Molds and Tooling department in the following aspects:

• Molds and Tooling team - recruiting, training, and monitor activity. KPI's setting and follow up.

• Building department annual plan

• Feasibility studies.

• Molds quotations.

• Allocation of molds makers.

• Nominating of molds makers.

• Global professional guidance to excellence.

• Global Molds and Tooling engineer support.

2. Full responsibility for the correct methodology of working in a global, project-focused company:

• Monitor the following of the defined procedure within the project, by both Molds and Tooling engineers and the related interfaces (Project Manager, Designer).

• Monitor the process in front of Arkal injection sites to assure easy launch

3. Arkal mold departments goals:

• To keep up to 2 optimization loops at mold maker + 1 on site for green dim report.

• Involving Arkal global sites team starting design phase & performing molds gates on time.

• Standardization of parts family groups to be able to shorten the design phase and hand shake process.
