We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our amazing and growing R&D department.

Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers and data scientists to identify problems, opportunities and solutions that will support the needs of our users and impact our goals/metrics
Execute A/B tests, user calls & usability tests to validate your assumptions.
Analyze feature performance and user behavior on a day-to-day basis.
Conduct competitor and gap analysis.
Create wireframes and UX flows for complex features, that will solidify the product strategy into new features and products.
Own and prioritize a long term product roadmap for your area based on a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and maintenance and support.
Work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed.

We’re seeking a full-time QA engineer to join our vibrant R&D Team at Tel Aviv \ Afikim.

Perform the tests and ensure the quality of our product.
Manage, define and ensure effective planning, writing and execution of test plans.
Responsibility for Cross-platform/browsers testing: Android, iOS, Web product's quality - including Acceptance, Regression and Load testing.
Establish and own an effective QA process that best fits the product’s needs.
Keep engagement up with a high-speed development process and ongoing deliveries - executing and adjusting your test cases accordingly.
Ownership on tests infrastructure
Work with other development teams on all aspects of the process including design, implementation, testing and documentation.
