A passionate enthusiasm about building great products and applications, as well as an incisive understanding of UX, design, and customer success.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to mediate between all the interests in the product life cycle.
Responsibility for & facilitation of communication among relevant internal personnel and relevant external parties, including with their organization & the implementation.

Previous experience leading SaaS products/ consumer products – Advantage.

At least 2 years of experience leading and growing software teams of 4+ engineers in Agile environments
Experience with both back-end and front-end development
Solid technical background in software engineering, architecture and design
Great communication skills with verbal and written skills in English
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-based production environments – an advantage
B.Sc in computer science or similar - an advantage
