Business analyst for ERP priority System
26/05/2025DRS RADA is looking for an experienced Priority System Implementer to join our team.
The role requires a service-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across various interfaces. Additionally, the candidate should have strong project management and motivational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the Priority ERP system according to company needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Priority ERP system.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand and address their system requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on the Priority system.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system implementation and usage.
- Assist in integrating the Priority ERP system with other company systems and software.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Priority system.
- Drive and manage ERP-related projects from inception to completion.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company’s processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Priority ERP system implementation and management.
- BSc in Information Technology \ Industrial Engineering and Management
- Experience working in a manufacturing company.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, alongside independent work, analytical ability and thinking outside the box.
- Strong project management and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of financial and operational processes.
- Experience with ERP integration – an advantage
- Familiarity with other business systems (e.g., PLM, MES, CRM) - an advantage
- Knowledge of data security and integrity best practices - an advantage
Location: This position requires work both in the Netanya office & the Beit Shean plant.
